Solomente Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates solomentelabs.com and the TXAI platform, including all associated tools, APIs, and services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By accessing or using the TXAI platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of our services.

02 Information We Collect

We collect a limited set of data necessary to operate and improve the platform:

• Page view analytics — page path, timestamp, and a randomly generated session identifier used to group page views within a single visit
• Visitor data — IP address, user agent string, and HTTP referrer header, collected automatically when you load a page
• Wallet addresses — collected only when you voluntarily connect a wallet to interact with on-chain features
• Pass tier information — recorded when you interact with gated features that require a specific access tier

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. Session identifiers are generated ephemerally and are not stored on your device.

03 How We Use Information

The information we collect is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Platform improvement — understanding which pages and features are most used so we can prioritize development efforts
• Performance monitoring — tracking load times, error rates, and usage patterns to maintain reliability
• Security — detecting and preventing abuse, spam, or unauthorized access to our services
• Communication — responding to support requests or inquiries you submit directly

We do not build advertising profiles, sell data, or use your information for purposes unrelated to operating the TXAI platform.

04 Blockchain Data

TXAI operates on the TX blockchain (Coreum). Transactions submitted to the blockchain are public, immutable, and permanent by design. This means:

• Your wallet address and all associated transaction data are visible to anyone via block explorers and network nodes
• Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be modified, reversed, or deleted by us or any other party
• We do not control, own, or have the ability to alter any data recorded on the TX blockchain

You should consider this inherent transparency before submitting any transaction. Never share private keys or seed phrases with anyone, including us.

05 Data Storage

Analytics data is stored server-side with the following safeguards:

• Analytics entries are capped at a maximum of 5,000 records, with older entries automatically pruned
• IP addresses are partially masked in analytics dashboards to limit identifiability
• All data is stored on infrastructure within our hosting provider and is not replicated to external databases
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes

06 Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each may process limited data as part of their service:

• TX blockchain (Coreum) — processes and permanently records on-chain transactions
• Railway — provides application hosting and server infrastructure
• Cloudflare — provides DNS resolution, CDN caching, and DDoS protection

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers for details on how they handle data that passes through their systems.

07 Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Request deletion — you may request that we delete any analytics data associated with your visits by contacting us
• Opt out of tracking — disabling JavaScript in your browser will prevent our analytics beacon from firing
• Access — you may request a summary of the data we hold that is associated with your IP address or wallet

08 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
